There is nothing quite like Autumn in New England. Along with the visually beautiful performance that Mother Nature displays for us, come many changes we make in our daily lives. During our weekend together, we will honor these changes and welcome them with grace.
Our asana, meditation and pranayama practice will follow a variety of yoga styles: Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Ball Rolling & Myofascial Release. Yoga mats, cushions and props are kindly provided by Willow, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Other activities include workshops in culinary nutrition & Ayurvedic wellness, mindful nature hikes, artful meditation, and relaxing evening campfires. Locally sourced, plant-based meals will be provided by Willow’s resident chef, Ravi.
